About NGYouthSDGs

NGYouthSDGs began in 2017 as an unregistered youth group called Nigeria Youth SDGs Network to raise ambition and demand government accountability for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with youth at the core.

We exist to: Challenge the existing tokenistic approach to positive youth development and to reimagine and prototype alternative ways of amplifying the essence of youth leadership for sustainable development.

We do this by: Working in solidarity and shared leadership with the youth from the communities we serve to share their knowledge, build their capacity, and support advocacy for youth-friendly policies and programmes.
