What Inspired you to start your organisation?
I’m inspired by purpose; I love to share knowledge and use the information to shape minds and mode behaviours to the end that, each person gets the opportunity, the courage and the platform to live purposefully, passionately, productively and profitably.

Do you believe in the capacity of African Youths to become responsible leaders and contribute to Nation Building?
African youths are incredibly gifted and full of energy and possibilities. Just like any other youth groups all over the world, they possess the mental strength and the physical ability to create needed change.
However, lack of access to resources to translate ideas into palpable enterprises and of course, an absence of inspirational leadership, role models and genuine mentors has left many in the jungle of identity crisis.
This is part of the reason I launched MOGi Global Leadership School in November 2018, a school that gives emerging leaders on the continent the opportunity to be trained and mentored for free for one month, an intensive program that is focused on Business, Leadership, and Impact.
Leadership is not what is given to you but what you discover, define, develop and deploy without necessarily occupying positions. – Mike Oladipo
